Focus on ESG-compliant properties
Our investment strategies take account of sustainability targets and integrate them directly. For example, we intend to complete a targeted revision of our portfolio to remove non-ESG-compliant properties within the next five years. We have already obtained certifications for more than a third of our portfolio – and aim to grow this figure significantly.
