Investment opportunities with SICORE
HANSA German Social Fund
The HANSA German Social Fund holds Article 9 classification. This “dark-green” fund pursues explicitly stated sustainability targets. This means investing in modern, energy-efficient properties across different use types, including residential, retail, education and healthcare, as well as properties with a positive social impact.
HANSA Europe Logistic Fund
This is a “light-green” fund with Article 8 classification. It invests in modern logistics premises in numerous European countries, focusing in particular on Germany, France and the Benelux countries. The properties in this fund are no more than ten years old, with preference given to new-build properties and revitalized logistics sites.
HANSA US Social Residential Fund
This fund invests in the residential markets in metropolitan regions of the United States. The residential investment class serves as a key pillar in a long-term buy-and-hold strategy delivering stable returns. The modern residential properties in this fund are no more than eight years old and each feature 150 to 550 housing units.
Individual fund solutions
We offer individual fund solutions for institutional investors seeking to invest over EUR 50 million. Although we’re able to cover all sectors in Europe, this service is limited to the residential sector in the USA.
